This state-of-the-art center, dedicated to training athletes with disabilities, boasts world-class infrastructure and coaching staff for an optimal training environment.
Established as an Autonomous body by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, the centre is registered under the M.P Societies Registration Act, 1973. Governed by the Governing Body & Executive Committee, its objectives include setting up an international-level Centre of Excellence, creating specialized sports infrastructure, providing top-notch training facilities, ensuring greater participation of Divyangjan in sports, and fostering their confidence and integration in society. The cabinet has approved a budget of 151.16 crores for this 34-acre facility.
