Shri Samant Kumar Goel IPS (Punjab 1984) presently Special Secretary R&AW, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India has been appointed as new Chief of Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) vice Shri A. K. Dhasmana on completion of his tenure on 29.06.2019 for a tenure of two years from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
