7 IPS empanelment at IG Level | The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of 7 Indian Police Service Officers of 2002 & 2003 batch to hold Inspector General (IG)/IG Equivalent level posts at the Centre , the names of the officers are:

3. Dr. N Kannan IPS (Tamil Nadu 2002)
4. Shri Santosh Kumar IPS (Tamil Nadu 2002)
5. Smt. Sonia Singh IPS (Nagaland 2003)
6. Smt. Kavita Jalan IPS (Odisha 2003)
7. Shri Shahanawaz Qasim IPS (Telangana 2003)
