26 IRS Joint Secretary Empanellment – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Govt has empanelled 26 Officers of Indian Revenue Service (C&CE) officers for holding the post of Joint Secretary at the Centre with 14 from 1994 Batch namely Manish Mohan Govil IRS (C&CE) 1994, K V V G Diwakar IRS (C&CE) 1994, Shafat Ahmad Usmani IRS (C&CE) 1994, Yashwant Lal Mahawar IRS (C&CE) 1994, Mihir Kumar IRS (C&CE) 1994, Neeraj Prasad IRS (C&CE) 1994, Engineer Kesavan IRS (C&CE) 1994 , Nitish Birdi IRS (C&CE) 1994, Debashish Sahu IRS (C&CE) 1994, Gaurav Kumar IRS (C&CE) 1994, Manish Goyal IRS (C&CE) 1994, Ashir Tyagi IRS (C&CE) 1994, Peri Umasankar IRS (C&CE) 1994 and Subhash Chandra Agarwal IRS (C&CE) 1994.
