10 IPS transfers in J&K Police – Indian Bureaucracy News | There has been 10 IPS Officers reshuffle in J&K Police across the state with Javid Ahmed Koul IPS presently SSP- Traffic City Srinagar now posted as SO to ADGP, Traffic J&K with additional charge of the posts of DIG- Traffic, Jammu and DIG- Traffic, Kashmir, Shridhar Patil IPS (2010) presently awaiting orders upon modification of transfer on deputation to Ladakh now appointed as MG (Tech) PHQ, Dr. Vinod Kumar IPS (2011) presently SSP, Poonch, has been now posted and posted as SSP, Udhampur while Sargun IPS (2012) presently SSP- Udhampur now posted as SO to IGP Technical Services,, Jammu & Kashmir .
