Shri Vinod Kumar Thakral IAS (Manipur-Tripura 1982) presently posted as Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, has been appointed as Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in place of Shri Rajiv Yadav IAS.
