Shri Udayan Hamrika IAS (Assam Meghalaya 2006) presently Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development and WPT&BC Departments and Director, Assam Institute of Research for SC & ST, Assam is relieved from the additional charge of Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, WPT&BC Department has been appointed as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department and also hold charge of MD, Assam Financial Corporation .
