Ms TCA Kalyani ICAS (1991) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years vice Shri Manoj Pingua IAS (Chhattisgarh 1994).
