Ms. Tarika Roy IRAS (1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Ms. Dolly Chakrabarty IA&AS (1987).
