Shri Sohail IAS (Bihar 2007) who was recommended by the State Government of Bihar has been selected for appointment as Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR)(Deputy Secretary Level), Bihar, Under the Central staffing scheme on full time basis for a period of three years.
