11 Sikkim Transfers | In a update in Sikkim bureaucracy , the Sikkim Govt has shifted 11 Sikkim Civil Service (SCS) Officers with Kessang Diki Rechung SCS presently posted as Director- IPR Dept being transferred as Additional Secretary- Home Dept, Kincho Doma Lepcha SCS presently Additional Secretary- Urban Development Dept is now transferred as Director, IPR Dept, Kishore Pradhan SCS presently Joint Secretary- DFSME now transferred as Joint Secretary, Home Dept while Ujjal Rai SCS presently Addl. District Collector (Dev.), ROD, Namchi is now posted as Joint Secretary- Animal Husbandry and Veterinarv Service Dept.
