Shri Kalyan Singh as the Governor of Rajasthan; Shri Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala as the Governor of Karnataka; Shri Chennamaneni Vidyasagar Rao as the Governor of Maharashtra; Smt. Mridula Sinha as the Governor of Goa.
