(Rejected as per TEC-I decision dated: 28.09.21 as the firm has not submitted the following documents
as under: (i) Copy of Past Experience of Similar Services: The firm has not submitted copy of
successfully executed / completed at least one single order of 80 % of the Estimated Bid Value (Rs.
88.79 Lakh) or 2 orders each of 50 % of the Estimated Bid Value (Rs. 55.50 Lakhs) or 3 orders each of
40 % of the Estimated Bid Value (Rs. 44.40 Lakhs) for similar service(s) in last three years to any
Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company.)
i have already upload all document in bid , after Disqualified there is no option for
Representation/Challenge Rejection in 48 hours, after that i complain in gem portal or buyer(ordnance
factory katni), but buyer say asked for gem and gem say asked for buyer and now buyer open commercial
bid too, that’s means buyer favor some firms.

We would like to draw your kind attention towards some kind of Bias system in GeM Tender. In tender nos. GEM/2021/B/1726872, only 3 sellers were qualified among others. The others including us were disqualified without giving any proper justification and by the time, we could analyze and raise any question, the bid was closed hastily awarding to one of the qualified bidder. Interestingly, our bidding rate (Rs.1,72,800/-) was lower as compared to L1 (Rs.2,04,000)
On the same day, a similar incident happened with another tender no. GEM/2021/B/1696480, the same sellers were qualified and rest was disqualified without any proper reasoning. The bid was closed in haste again awarded to the same bidder. Again, our bidding rate (Rs.16,160/-) was lower as compared to L1 (Rs.17,500)
It seems some unethical practices are going on and you should look into this matter before it becomes worse.

I ma facing participation problem from last 8-10 days. Nobody is attentive to the problem. When I talk on customer care no they ask to send the email. They never receive and acknowledge the email.

In gem tenders we have to quote including gst Gem is charging service charges on gst portion is it justified/correct.

With reference to the above, this is to inform you that I, Sri Dilip Paul participated in the above tender and quoted my rate and accordingly I became 1st lowest . But I come to know that I have been rejected by the competent authority . In this connection, I would like to know the reason for wiich I have been rejection by the competent authority being 1st lowest in the above tender.

I am facing since 6 sep 2022 to create a bid order and many time talk to customer care and they work on any desk many time but not solve the my problem ,I also mant time sent screenpage of errors and video om gem email but till not solve my problem.
