Kindly refer to your order dated today (19.3.2020) on allowing the teaching and non-teaching staff of academic institutions / universities / colleges in Delhi.
This is indeed a great help and prudent step to control further spread of covid-19.
A request that please include “all departments of universities / colleges, and all incubation centres operating within these institutions” are also supposed to be shut down till 31.3.2020. This is required because heads of some host institutes are insisting the incubation centre to be run as usual, which is not possible and also not required under given conditions.
