P S Mishra IRTS takes charge as GM- South Eastern Railway

Shri Purnendu S Mishra IRTS (1982) assumed the charge of the post of General Manager, South Eastern Railway in the afternoon of 20.09.2018. Prior to this, Shri Mishra was Principal Chief Operations Manager, Western Railway, Mumbai. He has acquired vast knowledge and experience in train operations after joining in Indian Railways. Shri Mishra worked in various capacities viz., Advisor/Safety & Executive Director (Corporate Co-ordination), Railway Board, Divisional Railway Manager/Raipur, South East Central Railway, Chief Transportation Planning Manager, South Eastern Railway.Apart from this, he worked as Chief Freight Transportation Manager, Chief Transportation Planning Manager and Chief Passenger Transportation Manager both in East Coast & East Central Railways.
