Dr. P D Vaghela IAS (Gujarat 1986) presently Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Ahmedabad, Gujarat , has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Government of India for appointment as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, New Delhi.
