NSIC Pays Record Dividend for year 2014-15

In a PSU news update Shri Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises received a dividend cheque of Rs.17.02 crores for the year 2014-15from Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC .

Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC informed that this is the highest dividend ever paid by NSIC.The Corporation has done an overall business of Rs.20, 004 crore in 2014-15posting a15% growth from its previous year, itsProfit before Tax for the year was Rs 149.13crore, posting an increase of 32 % from the previous year.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Kalraj Mishra, Minister, Ministry of Micro, and Small& Medium Enterprises praised NSIC for its record performance for the year 2014-15.

Shri Kalraj Mishra, Minister, MSME stated that the Ministry of MSME is committed towards enhancing the competitiveness of Indian MSMEs so as to gear them up to take advantage of the clarion call made by the Hon’ble Prime Minister towards “Make in India”.

Kalraj mishra-msme-nsic-indianbureaucracySpeaking on the occasion Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD NSIC, also informed that the Corporation besides its services to MSME sector, has taken up a number of well-designed CSR initiatives spread across the country in the areas like Education, Skill Development Health care and Medical Assistance for differently abled/ weaker section of the society.

Dr. Anup K. Pujari, Secretary, MSMEcomplimented NSIC on providing integrated support to MSMEs within the country.

Present on the occasion were of Dr. Anup K. Pujari Secretary, Ministry of MSME and Shri S.N. Tripathi, Additional Secretary, MSME, Shri B.H. Anil Kumar, Joint Secretary, MSME and other officials of Ministry of MSME.
