Shri Manoj Kumar Dwivedi IAS (Jammu Kashmir 1997) presently Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, , has been given additional charge as Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department and Director General, J&K Institute of Management Public Administration and Rural Development, upon the retirement on superannuation of Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone IAS on 30.06.2020.
