Major reshuffle in Himanchal Pradesh | 20 IAS Transferred

Himanchal Pradesh IAS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News Recap | The Himanchal Pradesh Govt has reshuffled 20 IAS Officers with immediate effect across the state , the full list of names are :

1. Shri Ram Subhag Singh IAS (1987) presently Additional Chief  Secretary (Forests) also holding additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary (MPP & Power and NCES) and Chairman- HP  State Electricity Board Limited, Shimla now posted as Additional Chief Secretary (MPP & Power, NCES and Industries) , also holding the additional charge as Chairman-  HP State Electricity Board Ltd , Shimla .
2. Ms Nisha Singh IAS (1987) presently Advisor (Health),  New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary (Printing & Stationery, Labour & Employment, Social Justice & Empowerment and Technical Education) , Shimla posted as Advisor (Health)  at New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary (Social Justice & Empowerment, Printing & Stationery, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries) , Shimla.
3. Shri Sanjay Gupta IAS (1988) presently  Additional Chief  Secretary (Redressal of Public Grievances) also holding additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary (Animal Husbandry and Fisheries) , Shimla and Financial Commissioner – (Appeals) , Shimla now transferred as Additional Chief Secretary (Forests) , Shimla .
4. Shri Manoj Kumar IAS (1988) presently  Advisor (Industries)  at New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary (Home and Industries) , Shimla now posted as Advisor (Industries)  at New Delhi and Additional Chief Secretary (Home & Vigilance and Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs) , Shimla.
5. Shri R D  Dhiman IAS (1988) presently  Additional Chief Secretary (Health & Family Welfare) also holding additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary (Personnel and Tourism & Civil Aviation) , Shimla now posted as Additional Chief Secretary (Health & Family Welfare, Personnel and Language, Art & Culture) , Shimla .
6. Shri Kamlesh Kumar Pant IAS (1993) presently  Principal Secretary (Education)  also holding additional charge as Principal Secretary (Language, Art & Culture) , Shimla now posted as Principal Secretary (Transport, Technical Education, Labour & Employment) , Shimla . He shall also hold the additional charge as Financial Commissioner (Appeals) , Shimla and Managing Director- Rapid Transport System Development Corporation , Shimla .
7. Shri Rajneesh IAS (1997) presently  Secretary (Information & Public Relations, Environment, Science & Technology) , Shimla also holding additional charge of the post of Secretary (Urban Development and Town & Country Planning) and Chairman- HP  State Pollution Control Board, Shimla now posted as Secretary (Environment, Science & Technology and Information Technology) , Shimla.  He shall continue to hold additional charge of the posts of Secretary (Urban Development and Town & Country Planning) , Shimla and Chairman- HP State Pollution Control Board, Shimla.
8. Shri Sandeep Bhatnagar IAS (2001) presently  Divisional Commissioner- Kangra Division at Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh now posted as Secretary (Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Training & Foreign Assignments, Administrative Reforms and RPG) , Shimla .
9. Shri Devesh Kumar IAS (1998) presently  Secretary to CM, Himachal Pradesh also holding additional charge of the posts of Secretary (SAD, GAD, Sainik Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs) , Shimla and Managing Director- HP  Power Corporation Ltd , Shimla now posted as Secretary to CM, Himachal Pradesh and Secretary (Tourism & Civil Aviation, SAD, GAD, Sainik Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs) , Shimla.
10. Shri Akshay Sood IAS (2002) presently  Secretary (Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics, Cooperation and Housing) , Shimla also holding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer- HIMUDA, Shimla shall hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary (Ayurveda) , Shimla .
11. Shri G K  Srivastava IAS (2002) presently  Secretary (Ayurveda, Training & Foreign Assignments and Administrative Reforms) , Shimla as Secretary- Governor, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.   He shall also hold additional charge as Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division .
12. Shri Vikas Labroo IAS (2003) presently  Divisional Commissioner- Mandi Division at Mandi shall hold additional charge of the post of Divisional Commissioner- Kangra Division at Dharamshala, District Kangra.
13. Shri Rajeev Sharma IAS (2004) presently  Divisional Commissioner- Shimla Division at Shimla, District Shimla transferred as Secretary- (Education) , Shimla.
14. Shri Amitabh Avasthi IAS (2004) presently  Secretary (Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Horticulture and Youth Services & Sports) , Shimla transferred as Secretary- (Horticulture, Youth Services & Sports and Jal Shakti Vibhag) , Shimla .
15. Shri Rakesh Kanwar IAS (2007) presently  Secretary- Governor, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla also holding additional charge of the posts of Special Secretary (Agriculture) , Shimla, State Project Director- Zero Budget Natural Farming under the Department of Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh, Managing Director- HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd  and Managing Director- HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd , Shimla now posted as as Managing Director- HP- Power Corporation Ltd , Shimla.  He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of State Project Director- Zero Budget Natural Farming.
