Smt. Madhu Garg IAS (AGMUT 2002) presently Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Andaman & Nicobar Islands , has been transferred and appointed as Secretary (SC/ST/OBC/Minorities) on her joining, relieving Shri Raajiv Yadhuvanshi IAS (AGMUT 1989).
