Delegation of ‘Limb For Life Mission 1000’ Of Yuvak Pratishthan, Mumbai Calls on Vice President
A delegation of 46 beneficiaries of “Limb for Life Mission 1000” of Yuvak Pratishthan, Mumbai (Maharashtra) along with their escorts called on the Vice President of India Shri M. Hamid Ansari here. This project provides Free – Modern/Electronic Artificial Limbs to Handicap/Accident victims. The delegation was led by Dr. Kirit Somaiya, Member of Parliament from Mumbai in Lok Sabha.
Interacting with the members of the delegation and their escorts, the Vice President encouraged all the members of the delegation and wished them a successful life ahead. He congratulated the Yuvak Pratishthan, Mumbai for their noble effort for the physically disabled persons and accident victims.
The senior officers of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and its subordinate offices were also present on the occasion.
