Shri Kumar Ravikant Singh IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2008) has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Rural Development (Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti) in the Department of Rural Development at the level of Deputy Secretary with pay at level 12 (Rs. 78,800-2,09,200) of the pay matrix for a period upto 01.06.2023.
