Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, seniormost Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court, to perform the duties of the office of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date Shri Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi, relinquishes charge of the office of the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Coun consequent upon his appointment as a Member (Judicial), Lokpal.
