Shri Ashwini Vaishnav IAS (Retd.) appointed as the Member of Parliament of the Rajya Sabha from Odisha .Shri Ashwini Vaishnav was a Private Secretary to former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He was also district Collector of Cuttack.
