Union Minister of State Dr Jitendra Singh, launched “Appointment From Home” facility at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). This facility is first of its kind to be started in a Government sector hospital in India. Hereafter patients can dial 09266092660 from anywhere in the country, which will connect them to “Interactive Voice Response” (IVR) service and route the caller to the relevant OPD Department where the appointment is sought along with available dates.
