Yoga calms chaos of conflicting impulses and is key to good health -Shri M A Naqvi “Yoga is a key to good health, good health is the biggest wealth of a person”.This was statedby the Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs & Minority Affairs Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi while participating in the first ”International Yoga Day” at Faridabad along with thousand of people. Reiterating yoga’s importance, Shri Naqvi said that Yoga provides energy to the body as well as to mind. It helps in maintaining a balance in lifestyle. Yoga is the union of the individual self with the universal self. The aim of yoga is to calm the chaos of conflicting impulses. The entire world is celebrating the yoga day  which is a proud moment for India.
Shri Naqvi, who participated in the first ”International Yoga Day” at Faridabad along with thousands of people, congratulated Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, whose commitment has led to respect for yoga in the entire world.

Shri Naqvi said that linking yoga with religion is wrong, as yoga is purely related to health, mind and soul. Shri Naqvi said with the efforts of Prime Minister Shri Modi, 177 countries co-sponsored a resolution in the United Nations to declare 21 June as the ”International Yoga Day”. The United Nations also observed that yoga is beneficial for all human being even U N Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said yoga does not discriminate, and all people can practice yoga,he added.
