Shri Dheeraj Bhatnagar IRS (IT 1987) presently Joint Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management , has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management by temporarily upgrading the post as a measure personal to the officer.
