Ms. D Thara IAS (Gujarat 1995) presently Vice Chairman & M D, Gujarat Industrial Dev Corporation, Gandhinagar has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by upgrading a vacant post of Director level.
