The award was given away by Dr. Priya Ranjan Trivedi, President, Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU); Founder Chancellor, The Global Open University Nagaland and Founder Chancellor, Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, Arunachal Pradesh.
