Shri Chinmoy Gangopadhyay has been appointed as Projects Director as Director (Projects), Power Finance Corporation Limited .

Mr. Gangopadhyay is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from FMS, New Delhi. He has more than 35 years of experience in power sector, serving organizations like NTPC, PFC and PFCCL. He has been with PFC for more than 25 years and has handled project appraisal, UMPPs & ITPs, equity & financial products and power sector consultancy. He has also served as CEO of PFC Consulting Ltd.
