Shri Chandra Bhan Singh IES (1986) presently Additional Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards, Department of Consumer Affairs, has been appointed as Additional Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards, Department of Consumer Affairs in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post as a measure personal to the officer.
