The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for empanelment of promotion to Shri Brijesh Kumar Mehta to the post of Inspector General (IG) in Border Security Force (BSF) for the vacancy year 2016-17, w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post and until further orders.
