BHEL has achieved a milestone at end of the 2016 with winning the EEPC INDIA National Award for Export Excellence for the year 2014-15.
The award was given to state owned unit as ‘Star Performer – Project Exports (Large Enterprise). Atul Sobti, CMD, BHEL has received the award received by from Union Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhu.
Instituted by EEPC, the award is given annually to Top Exporters for excellence in physical exports.
Significantly, BHEL has been winning this prestigious award consecutively for last 26 years. With footprints in over 80 countries across six continents, BHEL has been India’s leading exporter for more than 45 years.
