Shri Arun Kumar presently Deputy Secretary, Central Secretariat Service, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (Shri Narendra Singh Tomar) in the Ministry of Rural Development.
