Anand Kumar returns post MCTP , resumes charge as CVO-Indian Oil

Shri Anand Kumar IPS (UP 1988)  presently posted as Chief Vigilance Officer(CVO) Indian Oil Government of India has  returned from Mid-Career Training Programme from USA and  has resumed his charge as CVO.
