The Court of 63rd Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri,  Mumbai  has reserved the orders on the two applications of Airport Authority of India, in two  cases of cheque bouncing of over Rs. 100 crores against M/s. Kingfisher Airlines and others,  pending in the court after hearing the arguments on 03.05.2016.

The two applications filed by the Airports Authority of India sought cancellation of permanent exemption granted to Dr. Vijay Mallya and seeking warrant of Arrest.

The Counsel for Airports Authority of India Mr. Anil Kathuria argued that in view of the cancellation of passport of Dr. Vijay Mallya, the condition of appearance through advocate does not survive and the advocate appearing for him may not be able to produce him in court in case of any order by the court.

The court after hearing lengthy arguments reserved the orders and fixed the date for 07.05.2016.
