8 IAS appointed as Secretary, GoI | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Govt has appointed 8 IAS Officers at the Secretary Level with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :
- Shri Tarun Bajaj IAS (Haryana 1988) presently Secretary- Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance as Secretary- Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
- Shri Ajay Seth IAS (Karnataka 1987) presently in the cadre has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance .
- Shri Gyanesh Kumar IAS (Kerala 1988) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs as Secretary- Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs .
- Shri Ali Raza Rizvi IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1988) presently Special Secretary and Financial Adviser- Ministry of Information and Broadcasting appointed as Secretary- Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises .
- Shri Indevar Pandey IAS (West Bengal 1988) presently Special Secretary- Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region appointed as Secretary- Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Department of Pensions and Pensioners Welfare .
- Ms. Anjali Bhawra IAS (Punjab 1988) presently Special Secretary- Ministry of Corporate Affairs appointed as Secretary- Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment .
- Shri Jatindra Nath Swain IAS (Tamil Nadu 1988) presently Managing Director- Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd., Ministry of New & Renewable Energy appointed as Secretary- Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
- Shri Anil Kumar Jha IAS (Karnataka 1988) presently Special Secretary- Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance appointed as Secretary- Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
