74 IAS transfers in UP

The UP Government has transferred 74 IAS Officers, including four Additional Chief Secretaries, 11 Principal Secretaries, six Secretaries, 13 District Magistrates and one Divisional Commissioner.
The CM got his Principal Secretary in his secretariat after 60 days in office, while a new Principal Secretary (Home) was also appointed, in view of rise in the crime rate. List of 74 UP IAS Transfers:

1. Shri Shashi Prakash Goyal IAS presently on Central deputation has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to the CM. He also holds charge of Estate, Civil Aviation and Protocol department.
2. Shri Mrityunjay Kumar Narain IAS , Secretary to the Chief Minister, has been relieved from the additional charge of the Estate department.
3. Shri Chandra Prakash IAS  presently Member board of revenue has been given additional charge of the Agriculture Production Commissioner(APC).
4. Shri Arvind Kumar IAS  presently Principal Secretary Revenue will be the new Principal Secretary (HOME ).
5. Shri Devasheesh Panda IAS presently Principal Secretary (HOME) has been appointed as Resident Commissioner Delhi.
6. Shri Sudesh Kumar Ojha IAS has been appointed as CEO UP Rural Road Authority.
7. Shri Kumar Kamlesh IAS Principal Secretary, Urban Development has been relieved from the charge of General administration and UP reorganisation coordination department.
8. Shri Sanjay Agarwal IAS presently Additional Chief Secretary -Energy has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary- Secondary and Higher education department.
9. Shri Alok Kumar-I IAS waiting for posting on his return from Center has been appointed as Principal Secretary-Energy and Chairman of UP Power Corporation.
10. Shri Sadakant IAS Additional Chief secretary PWD and been relieved from housing.
11. Shri Mukul Singhal IAS presently Principal Secretary Handloom has been given additional charge of Housing department.
12. Shri Amit Mohan Prasad IAS presently  Investment Commissioner and CEO of NOIDA have been relieved from the charge of NOIDA.
13. Shri Rajneesh Dube IAS presently Principal Secretary -Micro, small and medium industry has been appointed as Principal Secretary, revenue and Commissioner consolidation department.
14. Shri Deepak Trivedi IAS presently Additional Chief Secretary Rural Development and Excise Department has been relieved from Rural Development Department.
15. Shri NS Ravi IAS presently Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Secretariat Administration has been appointed as ACS Rural Development.
16. Shri Mahesh Kumar Gupta IAS presently Principal Secretary OBCs welfare has been given Additional Charge of Secretariat Administration.
17. Shri Sudhir Garg IAS presently Principal Secretary Horticulture has been given additional charge of the finance department.
