4 IAS transfers in West Bengal – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The West Bengal  Govt has shifted 4 Indian Administrative Service Officers  across the state with  Atri Bhattacharya IAS ( 1989) presently ACS- Consumer Affairs Dept now posted as Director General- Administrative Training Institute (ATI), WB,  Vivek Kumar IAS ( 1990) presently Principal Secretary- Forest Dept given additional charge as Principal Secretary- Environment Dept,  Manoj Pant IAS ( 1991) presently Principal Secretary- Finance Dept given additional charge as OSD and ex-Officio Principal Secretary-  Cabinet Secretariat at New Delhi in the office of the Principal Resident Commissioner- Govt. of WB at New Delhi while Arnab Roy IAS (1991) presently Principal Secretary- Personnel and Administrative Reforms Dept is now posted as Principal Secretary- Consumer Affairs Dept, West Bengal.
