3 IES Reshuffle at the Centre | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | There has been a reshuffle of 3 Indian Economic Service Officers with Santanu Mitra IES (1993) presently Additional Development Commissioner- O/o DC-MSME now posted as Economic Adviser- Ministry of External Affairs, Dr Ishita Ganguli Tripathy IES (1999) presently Director- Dept of Commerce (on return from deputation ) appointed as Additional Development Commissioner- O/o DC-MSME Affairs while Dr. C Vanlalramsanga IES (2001) presently Secretary – Planning and Programme Implementation, Mizoram (on return from deputation) is now appointed as Economic Adviser- Department of Commerce , GoI.
